I am taking my journeyman test today, Tuesday. Been doing the apprenticeship at Eaton for a year now.

It's a 100 question, essay test. You have 1 hour to complete it, that's 1.5 questions per minuete. Should net me a few more bucks on the hour.

Explain the proper way to stack tooling for a Qcab end.
Answer:
First you need a setup part (for reference) then take the step drill and insert it into the chamfer tool, then stick in into the part and adjust drill to depth, back it up about .020, mark the spot and grind angle on step drill (if needed), then then put back together insert those tools into the hollow mill, put over setup part, then mark sopt and grind angle (if needed).

Just so you know, there is a reamer that comes in after the hollow mill that cleans up that .020 and you set your centerline with the said reamer.
