Awaiting the OL to come back from the Burgh.... more problems with her eyes. I don't know the details yet but my guess it ain't good. I need a friggin drink bad....

PT was rough today.... they got my arm back to 60*.... looking for 90* range of motion. I am thinking that last 30* is gonna be a ******!

Didn't hurt mine enough for surgery; well, didn't even get it checked out, who knows what the doc woulda said, but the first bit was hardest and longest. I can reach straight now up and my fingers are even, that took around 4 or 5 months, but once I could lift the arm above my shoulder, it went a lot quicker. Still feel a tug in there if I really try to stretch; I do that slow... Did it last winter sometime, 9-10 months ago?
