My single cylinder scoot pulls harder than the daughter's slightly larger twin, and I've never had a car stay close to me with a handful of throttle from a stoplight. Not that they were trying, but I have had a pickup truck leave me behind on the 883 at full throttle. Hmm, that's kinda irrelevant, the 883 will run from the scoot. What wus I talking about?

This is more comfortable than the Wings I've been on. Really, I think it is, better seat, softer ride. Nearly double the gas mileage, but not even half the speed. Can't have everything... I call it my Mini Glide...

I was joking about the Wing Moldy. My back is to the point I can't handle an 1100lbs bike........My Beamer is 550lbs and I'm testing a sergeant seat; if it doesn't help I'm afraid I'm out of the touring riding for good.

Easy way - if you're using a pc - is press the PrtScrn key and paste into any graphics program (Paint works) and save it. Don't know why folks spend money for screen capture programs when it's built in to the puter.

It doesn't really take the place of a Harley by any means, but my scoot is a little over 300 lbs, and such a low center of gravity I can lay it down and pick it back up with one hand. I've read of people taking these things two up on cross country tours, but somehow I don't care for the idea of running 6-8000 rpm for days on a single cylinder, even if does feel real smooth. Couple hundred miles wouldn't be a problem, it's really comfortable. Forget passing a 60 mph semi on a two lane, though, unless you have a long straight section. And no headwind... If I had to drop down to two bikes, this would be one of them. One bike... oh Lord, hope I never have to make that decision.
