Headin for a rinky dink town called Wayne today.
Apparently it has the Guinness record for having the most bridge crossings within close proximity of each bridge...12 in all.
Calling for up to 10 cm of snow for Calgary tomorrow.

Gonna be an early fall in Minniesota, low temp 'posed to get down in 30's this week. I wanna be about 800 miles south of here...

Only put a bike on crash bars once, stopped on a hilltop to check the view, didn't realize how hard the wind was blowing and a gust took me down; was able to let it down easy, but was a worrisome bit of time before the wind let up enuf to pick it up and get moving 'fore it went down again. The bars werked, no case or bag scratches, bars din't even touch.

Did some changing in the grudge a bit yesterday, swapped some stuf tween basement and grudge, making more room in both. Wus really stiff when I got up this morning. Not the kinda stiff I wanted... Could almost get a car in there now, but with that hack, ain't gonna werk. Might hang the sidecar frame on the wall, hang the tub from the rafters when the season's over. Probly purty soon, dammit...

Still don't like thinkin about when I laid mine down. I did get right back on, but have noticed my riding style has changed. I used to scrape the hell outta the pegs... not anymore. Wanna get back there, but everytime I start to really lean her over, I unconsciously start leaning back up. Not happy about it either.

Same here. I dont push my bike nearly as hard as I used to. Was kind of a wake up call for me. Not sure if getting a 124" engine was the best choice now that I think about it.

It's all about the electrical impulses that fire from the brain to the right hand.
I ride a lot differently than years ago

Naw.... just have to overcome that survival instinct. Thinking about doing the BRC again, then the Master course. Never hurts to brush up on the basics.
