I wish they still made the seat you have moldy , that's the most comfortable seat ever made ..
my wife loved those spring armrest extensions , another item they apparently don't make any more ..
I've said it before , I have seriously considered selling the 103 and finding another EVO TG ..
is that the 96" S&S motor ?

These armrest extensions don't have any springs, just swivel in and out. Real heavy metal, too, and fastened into the tour pack. The leverage put a lot of strain on the pack rack, too, guess that's why it broke.
Even if I had the money to spend, I wanted an EVO, figured I could bump up that puny 55hp (if that much) somehow, but when I saw this S&S 96" in this one, figured it was worth rebuilding the rest of the bike - most of them would probably need a lot of work, anyway. I haven't seen an advertised price any lower on one with a stock engine, either. Almost forgot, it got a new transmission the same year as the engine, too. Too bad he didn't get a Baker, just a stock 5 speed. Of course, the teardown revealed a lot more to fix than expected, but that wasn't a big surprise. The motor has about 20K on it, should be good for many years, I hope. Don't know if I will be...
Somebody please inform Mr. Krwould that I have responded to his lame attempt at busting my ***** on LoneBones thread in Off Topic. I am supposedly on his Ignore list so if one of you will just quote this he will see it. lol
