He'd of put it back together, only the holes were off on the new ones, gotta mod em a bit. And the sporty bars won't work, 'less I get a new throttle handle assy off a honda or sumptin, and rig some throttle cables to fit. Roosians just hadda squeeze the throttle end of the handle down about .025" and use a very slightly undersized throttle handle, just enuf it won't fit a standard bar. Never saw nuttin like it. Stuff's easy to reach on it, just... weird. Ain't found any tight bolts yet, sure comes apart easy...
