Yowza. What was the speed limit? I find that around here that if the "recommended" speed for a corner is 50kph (30mph) I can bump that up to 50mph (80kph) without much problems.

not really here. Our roads are straight and long for the most part. Unless you want to go cross country. but I am not sure how my bike would handle through a corn field of plowed field?

My bike is running good for the most part. I am getting around 50mpg and it is no slouch to get up to speeds.
50 is good. That's more than I get at highway speeds.

There's only 3 Deputy Sheriffs on patrol in this large county at night. So if there aint no state troopers close, ya got it made. To many back roads to keep up with. One has to remember, living here is like living 25 years in the past. And also, that's why everyone has atleast 1 gun. If you call the Sheriffs Dept. it takes them 30 minuets to get to you. That's no bull ****.

We have Chatham-Kent police and OPP (Ontario provincial Police) all patrolling the same roads. They like to lay in hiding to and they are good at it like sitting in the middle of a major highway overpass with the laser pointed at on coming traffic. Always full staff too.
