Thought I'd get a big refund when I cancelled all but the 1200's insurance; nope, got another bill, holy **** did they ever raise the premium on it. Doesn't even begin to be competitive with the companies I called yesterday. Gonna cancel the 1200 tomorrow, too late today, go with another company when I think I'll ride it again. They're old bikes, not worth a whole lot; when I ain't using em for over a month, ain't gonna insure them. Haven't collected a dime on bike insurance anyway, and won't be any accidents in the garage, 'less it burns down. I'll take that chance.
Morning Jeff

Actually that would only be a little bit of the cost.
$1100.00 is cheap compared to what my old company wanted at $2100.00. I asked them why and they told me "the insurance industry has lobbied the guberment and have shown that drivers over 50 on motorcycles are a higher risk. Unfortunately you fall into that catagory" My response was F.U.!!!!!!!!

If I had to pay $2100 a year, I'd be riding without!! I made it thru the 70's and 80's without, so it aint like I'm a stranger. Just stay the hell out of my way!!
They can KISS MY ***!!!!
Well let's just say that I am glad that I had it when we crashed in San Francisco.
