Think that's bad, one morning at werk a big toolbox was hanging upside down from a hoist about 20' feet up. It was wrapped in speed tape for whatever reason; getting it down was easy, but the owner was pissed at having to peel all that sticky tape off. And of course he had to take some drawers out to get all the tools that ended up in the bottom.

Darn, had some stuf to do that didn't need carrying capacity, thought I'd get about an hour's riding out of it. First thing was gas, and that's where I noticed the left peg shaking, bolt backing out; only one stop on the way back home for fix. Sure glad it wasn't the right peg on the older sporty, gotta take the pipes off, master cylinder loose, brake rod off, and pull the forward pulley cover off - the nut for the peg is on the backside of that. How do I know...

Fun getting outta my neighborhood, both through streets north to the outside world are closed for repaving at the same time. They do that all the time here, close and work on parallel roads at the same time, incredible traffic snarls. Even 4 lane highways, with all that traffic detoured through residential streets. I never saw anything like that till I moved here.

Just got home from the grandkids, rode the bike out today and had beautiful weather. My new comp cans lifters are nice and quiet. Any one here from Ken or doc?
