Finally found the right formula for helping me sleep...5 - 8 mg of Ambien (5 mg alone was doin' nothing) and a glass of wine. Been sleeping pretty decent for 2 weeks now.

Hey guys, hows it going? Ken glad to see the shoulder is on the mend! Found time to replace the lifters on the bike and with the new store build out staying very busy attending to details. Seeing one of my Drs tomorrow.Later Pozers...

Rode from Chinle to Arches and back south to Blanding Utah today. Will be riding to St George in the AM.

About 2 hrs of ...well I wouldn't call it sleep. Shoulder pain is intense at times, elbow chimes in and tries to take the lead.
