Second that
Spent a good part of the morning playing with my moped. New gas line and spark plug amongst other things. Still a no-go, though. Gas is getting to the cylinder, but I am not sure about the spark. Kind of hard to find out by oneself when you gotta pedal the darn thing to make anything happen. My son will be here in a day or two, and I'll put him to work pedaling it.
I got married the second time, but this one is almost an opposite of the 1st, especially in intelligence! I like women with brains, which I had to find out the hard way.

Hi Ken, how's the shoulder? Won't be long now till it gets changed one way or t'other. I had a bad moment today, wondering if I was about to screw mine up, tripped over a limb and took a header off a wood pile, knew if I didn't want to do a face plant, it'd have to be the shoulder in a tuck and roll; did that, and got away with it, nary a bruise or scratch, no bad feelings inside. Haven't had a fall like that in years. Cutting trees is fairly easy, but pulling the debris out is harder werk than I've used to for a long time.

That's why I called it a bad moment, for that second going down, was afraid I'd hear a pop when I hit, guess some of the body memory from my much younger days kicked in and did the right thing. Kind of like when I hit the oily patch on new asphalt a couple years ago and went sideways a bit on the 883. A second of oh ****! while the body did the right moves, no time to think about it. I gotta be more careful, I know this body just cain't handle some of them moves any more.
