That's Mammoth Hot Springs in Northern Yellowstone. There are only a few active springs in that area right now. When I was a kid, the whole area looked like this. Now, a lot of it just looks like layers of dried calcium. Glad you liked the photos.

Great Pics Scott. I recognize a lot of those places. Badlands was one of Mama's favorite places, Until we went to Bryce Canyon.

Best throw one of Budapest up. This is a pic of "Fisherman's Wharf" (loose translation) Which is right across the river from The Magnificent Budapest Parliament Building.

Mornin all.....an Al....Looks like the picture fairy was here last night an left all kinds of beautiful stuff to look at.
I see Scot had time to get into his ....and I knew he would have some great shots.....and Ucan Mike has some great stuff from his wife's trip.....WoW!!! Two TOTALLY different parts of the world and one as enjoyable to look at as the next.

Did take Mama for a ride yesterday. It was an awesome day for a ride. I think that if the rain holds off we will do the same today. According to the radar we should be good.
