Hell... that was just 8 miles of super slab..... I finally went in for surgery on that knee when I could no longer function... bad move on my part, lateral release and power sanded the underside of my knee cap... 4 months later I went back to werk, longest 4 months of my life....
was off for 3 months after having surgery to remove bone spurs from my achillies. 1st month was bored as hell, 2nd month I started gettin used to it, by month 3 I was trying to figure out how to make this permanent.

Morning all you fkd up old guys. Hey now I know why I'm on here every morning, makes me feel not so alone. Ya know whenever I get ta feelin' sorry for myself , like I'm the only one who hurts this way , it makes me feel like part a part of something reading all your posts. LMAO.
Thanks Tc.... surgery Aug 5th for me then the healing will begin... mebbe i will get to ride before the snow flies....

S'posed to call for a stress test today. They wanted to do one yesterday. My question was " How can I do a stress test on a treadmill, when I an't even stand up without wobbling?"...Jeez.
