knew I shouldn't have posted in here 
Back's been acting up for a few days.... normal pains. It seems to have migrated up front now though. Ribs are hurtin and feels like I pulled a groin muscle or somethin 
Can't miss the next night either, that's when the 8hrs of built in overtime comes into play

i thought last evening would be better.... nope... hot knife stuck in my elbow... ice, ice and more ice... musta passed out for a while, woke up at 11:00 and took some meds, went to bed...

sound like me when they had me on the valium and hydrocodone.... even when I was awake, I wasn't aware of much. Just hopin I've pulled a muscle this time... cause if that's not it, it's going to be severe

I know I werked hurt in the field for many months back in the day, after a while the surgeries came and went.. t gets to a point of no return. I remember jamming the windshield scraper between the seat and the gas pedal to cruise up the highway in my ole were truck, didn't have cruise and my knee couldn't take the pressure of holding the gas pedal down...

haven't pulled that one, but do have a hard time on long trips. right knee gets stiff and starts hurtin. Findin that stoppin every couple hundred miles, rather than trying to making good time, helps a lot.

Hell... that was just 8 miles of super slab..... I finally went in for surgery on that knee when I could no longer function... bad move on my part, lateral release and power sanded the underside of my knee cap... 4 months later I went back to werk, longest 4 months of my life....
