Pinochle was a gas last night and I was blessed with some good playing hands. The time together with my buddies is always the best part, but getting good cards is always just a bit more fun. Still, I didn't get to play the best hand I had all night, since my stinkin' partner outbid me, the jerk. He was forgiven, since he did have a great hand.

 

Oh my, back to the job today. Wow, that was a fast 10 days!

 

they have gotten better, 'stead of 45 minutes they are down too 20-25.....I can do that with my eyes closed.......which is how I get by.

 

Me, too. I have to get the laundry done, vacuum and dust the house, and get groceries. She was talking about hiding my keys, or something, if I didn't get my chores done before I left.

 

There are still about 1,278,982.78 other things I would rather do, though!

 

I found an old cooler in the basement......ted williams cooler from sears........thing werked good , nice 40qt jobber.......sold in the 70's for a bout 20 bucks.....ebay has em for over a hunnert.

You can only hang on to stuff so long,40 years is a long time to hang on to a cooler but a good profit if you did.

 

It was buried in the basement I didn't do much ''hanging on'' lol.....owned the house for 5 years.
