Holly crap this concrte stuff drys out your hands! I prefer the greasy stuff.

Yeah it does. Drywall mud does the same thing too. Some times I put lotion on then surgical gloves. Sleep that way and in the morning a lot better.

If they are cracked I use super glue as per someone's (moody or Al I think) suggestion here.

That would be me.....just about the only thing that SuperGlue will hold together
