Hot here too. Callin for more rain today. Guess we'll just wait an see. Gotta go to see the dentist this mornin then go again on Thursday an get one pulled....ouch!!!!

See on the news that UPMC...who is the largest employer in Pittsburgh.....has banned all smoking or use of tobacco and E-cigarettes by ALL employees during their working hours. They've even gone so far as to say that if an employee shows up SMELLING OF TOBACCO SMOKE they will be subject to discipline...........WTF!!!!!!
I don't smoke, but I'm thinking they are overstepping their lawful bounds and infringing on peoples legal rights.

Well.....I want to know who decides about the "smell"??
That is such an arbitrary thing I can't imagine how they would expect to enforce something like that.
Things smell different to different people...some find a smell offensive that another finds pleasurable. And some can't smell at all!!
I think they are opening themselves up to all kinds of trouble!!!!
