Same here only before it rains. Rode out to Richmond this morning for bfast. The sidewalk cafe is set up. Nice watching the carcm cmvs and bikes cruise by in smalltown USA.

Yea been getting OCD on this project. Primed it 3 times vib sanding between coats. Now doing 2-3 coats of latex. Doing the brush work first then later will break out the little rollers. If I do this rite I prolly will never have to paint it again! Done frustrated the misses so she went to town for some more supplies.

1/2 will be roofed but with painted 3/4 full sheet plywood with shingles.
