I've done a couple 2 & 3 stage loaves in my lifetime.

Actually, the original expression from the 70s was "PITCH a loaf". Somewhere along the line it got bastardized into "pinch".

The one that really doitches me off is one that is mostly used by women to explain an unfortunate occurance: "Everything happens for a reason". NO IT DOESN'T!! It just happens!
