Yes it was a beautiful day. Nice riding up your way. I never really put my bike up for the winter. It might sit a week or so on bad cold days. This winter Ill be taking off the tins a couple weeks for fresh silver paint. Probably going with Billet Silver.

She gets tucked away once the salt comes out. Then wait till those spring rains start cleaning up the roads before coming back out.

I don't ride if there is ice or snow on the roads. If it's in the 30's I'll ride, but without a windshield anything colder is just brutal.

I ride some what all year. Cold doesn't bother me but I won't go out if it is raining or icy. If it isn't raining when I want to leave and there is a slight chance of rain for the day, I'll usually risk it and ride.

Not sure if you have a smart phone, but I down loaded a weather site called NOAA. On cloudy days I can keep an eye on the weather while riding. Comes in handy.

Hello from Montgomery New York.
The fine lady tristina (13-RK )is tucked
Away off the ground and is being kept
Warm with a cover.
If it gets above 50 and there is no salt on the ground
I'll take her out.
But for now I'll hope for warmer weather.
Happy holidays to all.

I will put my SG up for the winter at some point, probably after first significant snow. However, I will definitely keep one of my metrics ready to go for anytime I deem it ice free with little chance of snow in the forecast.
