What does "feels like a metric" mean?

Why would you find this kind of real world experience hilarious? You think we're lying? Or do you disagree but don't have facts to support your disagreement, therefore feel you must attack those with opinions other than your own by categorizing them as hilarious?

I've owned and rode several Honda's. Hadn't ridden a Harley until I had my last Honda and a buddy let me ride his Road King. All of my Honda's felt similar and I didn't know any different. After that first ride on a Harley, I realized a big difference. I think I can sum up the original question about the "metric feel" in one word. Before I write it, I will say that I enjoyed all of the Honda's but really liked the "feel" of the Harley.
You may disagree with me on what I believe to be the "feels like a metric" word but I think it sums it up fairly. That word is........"Tinny" (like tin vs. steel). controls felt sloppy, shifter felt sloppy, even the ride feels different to me etc...
Not knocking any metrics and have only my own experience to compare with but in my opinion, there is a big difference in how a metric bike feels compared with a Harley.
Have at it!
