Like someone above said check into HOG or BROS if you feel a need to join a group.
Or just ride and have fun and go on some runs maybe.
If a real club wants you as a member they'll approach you.

I've met a few "Silent Skulls, Lone Riders" in my travels, but from what I understand (and I could be wrong), the majority of their 'membership' are located in foreign countries.
Don't want to say anything negative about any organization, but some consider the Silent Skulls to be an internet based 'club', as their aren't any requirements other than the initial cost to join, purchase the 'patch', etc..
I doubt if they are an official member of any State COC, as they don't have any State or Local Chapters, don't hold meetings, and don't have Officers.
Apparentlythey are a loosely based group of individuals that don't wantto be involved in a more organized organizations (that havevarious rules and regulations), but still want to be part of a recognized group.

You've really seen these guys riding around,flying a patch? Myself,I've never seen one of 'em (yet). I'am a slickback,but always keep my eyes peeled,three of the big four ran the places where I've lived. Maybe they (SS) hide out alot! Anyway,I read the site,kinda liked it,but the more I read , the more it seened like a bunch of clowns (posers,rubs). Just my own thought's,cann't give respect to a club? that don't really exsest. I was courious about what the rest of you knew about them. Wonder what the clubbers think of them?[sm=badidea.gif]
