I know some guys that wear that AMA patch and they're a hell of a lot closer to being outlaws than you are Poindexter....
They wear it, but they prospected and worked their *** off for their club...

But, I don't want to be an outlaw. I'm not. I'm just wearing a motorcycle vest with some patches that I have collected that have meaning to me. Nothing more.
And I've re-thought the whole M/C thing too. It's not for me.

Doesn't this belong in the Fake Marine thread now?

Nothing wrong with just being you. I don't understand the whole wearing a vest full of patches thing if your not in a club, but it doesn't bother me either.
To each his own....

Yeah, I read your "upside down AMA patch" post. I'm too old to prospect for an M/C. I couldn't kawtow to some young patch holder and serve him because I'm trying to patch out in a club. That's a young man's game, although I reckon some older guys do it.
I'm in a riding club and that suits me fine. Some of the patches are associated with that. Others are from other things I was involved in.
