Are you a rider or a biker?

RE: So, from the other thread, what exactly is a biker?
Is there any one way to become a biker? Is there a certain circumstance that governs bikerness? If there is, and I ain't saying, then it's a secret.
Heck, if it was easy, anyone would do it.
Do ya wannabe? Are ya poser?
Think about it.

A biker is one who enjoys the excitment and adventure of riding his or her motorcycle. Period

I agree with Tompop and I'm sure most members here do.

Silent Skulls? I found their website and checked it out.In twenty three countries they say, lots of pics of members in their gallery.I guess their real, but it seems like someone just making money off ignorant wannabes.BUY a MC patch, wear it alone, and wait till a real 1%er sees one of them and gives them some free dental work. Am I wrong? What do the rest of ya think? Their website is:Silent Skulls.com-$235.00 to buy your way in!

RE: silent skulls
I've met a few "Silent Skulls, Lone Riders" in my travels, but from what I understand (and I could be wrong), the majority of their 'membership' are located in foreign countries.
Don't want to say anything negative about any organization, but some consider the Silent Skulls to be an internet based 'club', as their aren't any requirements other than the initial cost to join, purchase the 'patch', etc..
I doubt if they are an official member of any State COC, as they don't have any State or Local Chapters, don't hold meetings, and don't have Officers.
Apparentlythey are a loosely based group of individuals that don't wantto be involved in a more organized organizations (that havevarious rules and regulations), but still want to be part of a recognized group.
