I turn 70 this yr.
Been riding for over 50 yrs
I feel I am more aware and ride like I am invisible to the world
Slower and more causcious and constantly looking for idiots
I still enjoy the open road and will ride until I can't
Ride safe my friends

none ride in my neck of the woods without clearing it with me first.
most just go around cuz' they don't want to pay me protection money.
I do allow one old school club to have their clubhouse a couple of blocks from my home but near as I can figure they are all ninjas cuz' I've never seen one of em in 6 yrs.
There is 1% club's 30 mins east and west. one has been there for a very long time and the other has only been there a few months.

They say the HA's have taken over here in Alberta, but one would never know. I have yet to see a patch or a group of patch riders. It's not like I don't get around, not too many people put on as many miles as me, so I think they just hastled too much by the cops when they show their patches. Probably not worth it for them.
I've asked around a bit too, and nobody I talk to ever see patches either. Strange but true.

This comment I made over 3 years ago still holds true. I go to biker bars all the time and ride everywhere all around this area and I can say I have not seen one patch.
why is that?

Don't know where in SO Mo you are but in SW Mo we have GGMC,Midwest Drifters, Heard the OUTLAWS were in Branson now and I've seen SOS,Vagos and even some HA's locally. Been told that Black Pistons are in the area as well. Oh and of course Bandidos are in Arkansas!

I can say that the Outlaws have always been stand up guys at events in GA or anywhere else I have encountered them, in fact most clubs in GA are fine with one or two spoiling the mix by being idiots.
What I have noticed is if they have one idiot in the club then they are idiots.
