Cool weight loss

I weighed 300+ two years ago. Went on a diet and exercised , now 235. What a trip lol

6-0 290 not a pumpkin but not as svelt as I would like to be, however in my business I have run into a lot of people my same height but a lot bigger around and weigh a lot less than me..

I dont think everyone here actually knows what 220 looks like... I get asked how much I weigh and people always guess 200 when I'm like 235 (6'0" and I work out)... And I know for a DAMN FACT I'm "skinnier" than most of these round gentlemen I see riding around.

So I'm going to say the average weight is 250+

5-10, 168 lbs, totally ripped.

Ok, not TOTALLY ripped. I actually drink a lot less now than years ago.

I'm with the 200# crowd. Watch all the riders on Main Street and 200 would come close. Without considering height.

Short ones seem heavier and the tall ones thinner.

I'm 210 and 6'3". Should loose 20 to 30 lbs but the food is too good.

there seams to be a lot of scrawny people on here.. i was 260 in highschool, i was in great shape then. im 375 now, need to start working on it. but had a physical today, great blood pressure, and no medical problems, no meds. im pretty solid built, im a LOT heavier then i look.. i have seen a lot bigger people then me riding, the average has to be around 250lbs..

6'4" 295lbs. My OL calls me "Big around, and faster than sound"!

Since the obesity percentage is increasing all the time, hang around fatter people to look thinner.
