Must of put thousands of miles on a few Schwinn Sting Ray's and Varsity's. Built some crazy *** ramps and survived with out a helmet or pads.

LoL, had a co-worker walking around with his crack showing all the time. He must have been wearing the same waist size as in school too.
He could have been one of the Three Stooges. Crap falling all around him and him with a lost no clue look on his face.

Kowan,
Is your headlight one piece? I saw one at a show lately, and never asked the guy where he got it.

I would rather not put a trim ring on the front of my existing headlight...

Age catches up to you don't care how hard you play , you can run but it'll find you sooner or later . You metabolism shifts almost over night sometime between 40 & 50 so heads up .

No ****. After a Medical retirement from 22 yrs in the army I spent a few years pretty dormant because of injuries. Not doing all the things I used to do was like cutting the wire on a bale of hay. What I used to eat back then was 2-3 times more then I can consume now with out packing on any more pounds. I am back to exercising on a limited basis but damn my metabolism has done putzed out.

All you guys need to get your testosterone level checked out. I'm amazed at low mine was. I was in great shape until I hit 40 then things started to change for the worse. I'm 5'8 and weighed 210 with a 36 to 38 inch waist, and felt like crap with a low sex drive and a general disinterest in anything fun. That was with hitting the gym and trying to eat right.

Now that my testosterone level is back to normal range I'm 195, 32 inch waist, 12% body fat because now all the time in the gym actually makes a difference. Plus my wife is a hell of a lot happier, if you know what I mean.
