Forget age, what do you think the average WEIGHT of a Harley rider is?

I'm not the biggest rider (read fattest) I know, and I'm 6' 290#.
Down from 308# but I put on like 90 lbs after my accident, back and leg still make exerising quite painful. (got clipped by a women in a microsuv going about 50mph, almost broadsided) but working on getting back down to 225 or so like i was in this pick (Not thin but I could live with it)

At graduation (1992) I was 255# 6'4... I got married, happy, fat..
In April of 2009 I was 6'4 - 351#, while I carried the weight well, I was still a fat ***. I said "enough".
Diet, exercise, slow down on the drinking... I am over 6'4" and bounce between 225-245 now.. When I hit 245, I get strict on the diet, exercise regimen, etc.. And get back down to my 225-235 comfort level. I'm well built too..
Funny thing though: When I was heavy, and drank beer like a fish; BP was NEVER an issue.. Now at a much "healthier" weight, I have to take BP meds.. And as I said, I don't drink near as much beer ! But damn I do love me some ice cold beer and a piece of pizza !
One funny note: guys over 200# who say they have a 30" waist... Their waist is not technically (supposed to be) measured below their ***.. Get some pants that fit, and wear them where they're supposed to be worn.

While I am not what I was when I was a young Marine 9 major surgeries to put my body back together again saw to that I am still relatively fit and work hard to stay that way. I have to for work. It would be brutal if not 'undoable' otherwise 47 yrs old 6'4 240-230lbs I wish I could say it was still all muscle
I am not sure it is just bikers I think it is our populace in general. Soft living, processed foods etc are killing us.
I would venture to say the average working stuff couldn't run 1 mile and then have enough steam left over to "fight"
It is why I tend to roll my eyes when folks start talking about a revolution. They'd never make it- too soft both mentally and physically.

Electronic age. When I was a kid, if we weren't on our bicycles we were running all over all day long.
Punishment was having to sit somewhere for an extended amount of time.

Why is it so hard for you guys to just stop eating so much. Think of the hours lost every day between sitting at the table and sitting on the toilet to **** it all back out. Your toilet paper bill must be through the roof!
