Pay loader came by at 5 am, followed by 4 passes with the plow..........which left a 5 foot high 6 foot long block a solid snow with clumps, at the end of the drive!........I'M FINALLY FREE! Nothing one solid hour of shoveling an a lot of passes with the snow thrower couldn't fix. I fukken hate snow.......

Problem I'm having this year is they're dumping so much salt (once before they plowed, wow did that mess it up worse) that the snowplow ridge gets so slushy it clogs the snowblower almost instantly. Have to really creep into it, and still clogs solid sometimes. Have to take a broom handle with me to keep knocking the slush out of the output nozzle. It's a cul de sac, plow it, forget the damned salt, nobody gets over 20 mph in a half block dead end anyway. Plow went by about a half hour ago, guess I need to get out there again, too.

There was a bit of confusion at Ace Hardware this morning.
When I was ready to pay for my purchases of gun powder and bullets the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me."
Making a mental note to complain to the local newspaper about the gun registry people running amok, I did just as she had instructed. When the hysterical shrieking had finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to my credit card.
I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future.
They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer!
