Well I donno. Acording to those 2 sites it was received anonymously at the Smithsonian. Maybe the chick the seller got it from stole it from there & the Feds were on her tail? lol

Well yeah but the question remains if the vest was received at the Smithsonian in 1989 how did the woman the seller got it from get ahold of it. The only trouble I can invision would be the feds wantin it back. Maybe I'm missin somethin. Wouldn't surprise me none. lol
