Wus interesting, followed your thread on it, too. Got a good lookin bike, though those bars wuddn't werk for me. Long as they werk for you, that's what's important. Nice being able to do the wrenching in winter; I'm not even half way through mine yet. Might take the 1200 for the first 2013 out of state ride next week, supposed to be warm all week. They've said that before and it snowed two days later. At least the salt's all gone, be surprised if we get any more of that till next winter. I'm not sure winter's even over yet up here.

only been to Cali once since we started this new gig ... ran into Navy base down in Dago then bounced up into Long Beach and got out same day.
We got our final clearances, so we'll be doing more cool military loads and there are plenty all over Pacific coast.

I'll be crossing the border July 23rd and we'll be riding to Denny's place for a visit first. Then we'll be at your place July 30th if all goes as planned.
