Gotta question....like a real putz, I figured the primary oil change interval of 10 K would match the clutch adjustment interval....and I haven't adjusted the clutch for 10k. Is clutch damage likely? Still getting used to these weird HD systems.
If its not slipping and shifts fine don't worry about it. 118k on mine and never followed an adjustment schedule.

thanks...it's not slipping a bit, and it shifts like it alwys did. I think I'll just start changing primary oil at 5 k and adjusting clutch at the same time.

Barack Obama while at a recent rural elementary school assembly in East Texas, asked the audience for total quiet. Then, in the silence, he started to slowly clap his hands once every few seconds, holding the audience in total silence.

Then he said into the microphone, 'Children, every time I clap my hands together, a child in America dies from gun violence.'

Little Richard Earl, in a proud East Texan drawl, pierced the quiet and said: "Well, dumbass, stop clapping!"

One thing I did to improve clutch adjustment is to replace the 1/2 jam nut with a normal size nut. Makes it easier to make your adjustments. Mark you dis agree?
