Lol, its never hard to get her to spend time with me. If I left it up to her, she would be attached to my hip 24/7. The hard part is balancing her unhealthy need to be within arms reach of me and teaching her that its OK to be away from me.
That's why I encourage her to take trips with her girlfriends and I'm estactic that she wants to go to Sicily without me. For a "normal" teen, it may not be agood idea. But for a teen with seperation anxiety, it's called progress.
The trip I had to take for this j*b and the hours that I've been putting in has thrown her world a little off kilter. We're going to step up the therapy sessions for a while until she readjusts to the new schedule.

And one more thing, while I am deliberately not being productive.
I let my doggie out Friday night after dinner so he could have one last romp and settle down for the night, and when I called him in 2 hours later, he had this horrible gash on his face. My poor pretty little doggie.
