Cut all the parts on a lathe to make the tool to remove that pulley nut... grabbin a sammich then back ou to the grudge to weld it all together...
I think im going to stick with a revolver.

I have used a wood wedge on the back side between the pully and case. I was using an impact which helped. Ive also used my monster snap=on channel locks and set them up so they were loaded up on the ground so as I turned the nut the channel locks got tighter.
