Man Killed In Lawnmower Accident In Goodlettsville
GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. – A man was killed in a lawnmower accident in Goodlettsville on Wednesday morning.
Police told NewsChannel 5 the 28-year-old man was mowing the grass on an incline in the median of Springfield Highway at Louisville Highway around 11 a.m. Wednesday when the lawnmower fell on top of him. He died at the scene.
His identity was not immediately released. Goodlettsville Public Works said the man was a contractor who worked for the city,
Police called it a "freak accident."
