I don't ever want a chain again, belts spoiled me. Got a driveshaft in the grudge, those ain't bad, just heavy. Don't know if they're really heavier than a belt system, those pulleys ain't light either.

Motor's got around 25-30 more hp than original, wunder if I could drop from a 70T to a 65T? Think I'll get one a them 50 buck ones on ebay and see how it runs.

Don't think I wanna ride this one any more. Shine a light down in the front, and you see the uneveness. Can feel it, too. Belt ain't old, but starting to get a few shiny spots from the uneven wear.

Lookin on there last night, all I was finding was used ones; look ok in the photos, but the one I wanna replace don't look bad in some of the pics I took. Some of em say takeoffs from a new bike, suppose those would be ok. Wadda you think Soft, with 25+ more hp think it would pull ok going down 5 teeth on that rear pulley? I've done that with chains, suppose a belt wouldn't be that much different.

Don't think I wanna ride this one any more. Funny, looks fine from behind, but shine a light down in the front, and you see the uneveness. Can feel it, too. Belt ain't old, but starting to get a few shiny spots from the uneven wear.

With a belt alignment the rule of thumb around here is .030 after that its F#$%ed. Harley F#$#in Davidson axle moved.

At 10mph you will go from 441rpm with a 70T to 401rpm with a 65T you won't be doing any light to light racing but the highway cruising will be sweeeeeeeeet.
