Rain sucks !!

 

Good AM.
Did about 200 miles for Dinas first ride of the new season. Gonna be a nice day again.

Murning. Ride to the Spring Mountain Saloon in a bit and then on to a BBBQ in the afternoon.

 

Yeah, think I'll make anudder cup, that first one was gud. Still drizzlin off & on, had a few good rinses. Supposed to have some steadier rain early afternoon. This time of year a good rinse cleans the roads and takes down the snow faster.

Sure hope that pavement dries black; yesterday most of our roads had a lot of light gray color; salt crust, don't just lay there, powder comes up a bit driving over it. Saw a couple bikes out yesterday, but I don't want corrosive powder in the nooks & crannies of the bikes, this rain oughta take care of it, worth waiting a few days for.



Ice is finally melting in the backyard crick.



Suspect these folks had a little more rain than they wanted...
Wonder if that could be H3 on Oahu, has some long elevated sections like that.



Some water is jus bootyful; shudda moved there instead of Minnysota. Seen lakes like that in Montana, mebbe that's where this is.

Never seen any, ain't wet year round, but last year a pair of Mallards raised a brood back there.

You planning on taking friends? I'd be floating in the water before I finished 20. Or even 10. Mebbe I wuddn't float, neither...
