Im ****in pissed
Here I sit. Last 2 days have been rainy shitty days. Today is a crisp cool beautifully clear day. A perfect day for a ride. But what. The past couple months I havnt been doing squat because my rental is vacant and I cant afford to spend one dollar on anything that isnt a necessity till that is rented.
This ****in sux.

That's why I rented all my life- I don't pay a mortgage, not anchored any place in particular, and if it breaks- not my problem.
Plenty of money and time to ride.
Crack dealer moves in- I move out...no waiting for housing prices to go up so I can break even, or hope things get better.
Sell the rental, enjoy the life you have left!
Live like you're already retired...

Man would I love to. I dont need it to "survive" I need it to pay for itself till the market turns and I can sell it.

I know has ya feel, have a tenant right now that owes me 5 grand. Pays just enough here and there to keep bills paid. Last tenant was section 8 but at least I knew the
money was coming. Place sat vacant for 4 months when she moved out before the next
one came in. Had to dump 5 grand into it to make it rentable again. This one isnt section 8. Typical story, husband comes and goes but doesn't contribute. She's raising 4 kids by herself and has two jobs. Got with her today to get some of what she owes me and she's driving a brand new Camry. We opened the door and were greeted by a mid sized pit bull which is odd since I made it clear that I wouldn't allow pets. Can't wait for the market to turn around so I can sell the place.
