Its seems like around here most people are doing home parties and bbq's rather than going to bars and waiting for the man to get them when they leave. Is this happening everywhere or just a local thing?

 

the only time i go to a bar is when i am providing the entertainment, then i leave. too many chances of getting into trouble in the bar and after you leave, plus loud people make me want to stab myself in the ear.

No idea over here. I'll stop at a bar now and then while im out, but don't see many others stopping. Not that I really know where to go here in Ohio. Just got here.

 

Hmmm, if the wife would let me put a stripper pole in the garage and hire a few starving actresses to man it, I definitely would stay at home.

Vegas runs hot and cold on harassment. I got jacked up pretty hard by the metro gang unit in front of a clubhouse in March, which seemed to be the peak of them going after just about everyone displaying club affiliation. The last few bike nights I've been to since we've only had the occasional metro drive by and no gang unit showing up at all. Course it could be they have just moved on to different clubs as well.

 

locally, my crew all have fridges in they garages. plus some garages be fixed up quite comfy so we tend to 'garage hop' rather than 'bar hop'. and they be all full of motorcycle. we have no problem. we drink, we get drunk, we fall down, no problem

 

Trend been going that way for many years , thank your local chapter of MAD mothers and greedy local governments . Since the DUI takes have fallen so far now the cops can pop you for walking while under the influence around here . That's right , busted a local guy a few weeks ago walking home drunk 4 blocks away from the bar , local character well known has been doing for 20 yrs I know of never made a scene no problems nothing . Drunk in public charge at 5 in the afternoon .

 

Makes you wonder when they gunna troll around neighborhoods looking for people in there yards drinking and call that public intoxication. Or is it that way already?

Can anyone explain why drunk in public is illegal? I can understand drunk and disorderly but just drunk. Who cares
