I've done this for years. I used it when at Laughlin this year.
Most newbies don't know or care. The "Flashing Lights" can get you a ticket from some cops that don't want you to warn other drivers. It can be called "Interfering".

It can be seen across the Highway better than any "Two Fingers". It is a good way for us Bikers to know when the cagers don't.

As long as I've been riding in SoCal, this is the standard signal. Seen it used many times.

If I see a LEO and you are haulin ***....I'm not gonna warn you with the tap to the helmet..I like to see all types of vehicles pulled over for speeding
