True I get yelled at all the time. Usually by mom when I forget to get her the right kind of vodka and soft pack Marlboro instead of flip top box.
I bet she wouldn't yell at me if she saw me in the basement wearing my biker stuff. she'd be too scared. grrrr

I took a course years ago to get ready for this. It was the International Bad *** Preparedness For Harley Ownership Introductory 101 (Home Edition). I had to drink cat pee & eat cow feces on rye bread (I hate rye bread) while getting screamed at by prepubescent boys questioning my sexual orientation. This happened for 72 straight hours without sleep. When I got taunted by the instructor who was screaming at me afterwards for not doing a good enough job. I grabbed the little bastard, slammed him up against the wall and squeezed his throat until he turned purple and passed out. When he came to he told me he was overjoyed with my performance and gave me with the highest award he had ever given out up to that point. Beat up riding boots and worn out leather jacket so I didn't appear to be a RUB anymore and some henna tattoos. So there. Now I'm the worst bad *** you will ever meet! Oh. I have a certificate that says so.

The way I figure it is, everyone has got to do their own thing. If connecting to an alter ego on the week ends when riding is it, why would it matter two ***** to me. What I find curious is, why what other Harley owners do and how they choose to express themselves is anybodies business. I sell Harleys for a living, and I see all types of folks everyday. I personally get a kick out of seeing riders get excited about the freedom that comes with riding a HD. Lighten up.

I'm going to a dealership tomorrow hopefully I'll become a badass, lol. So I don't have to join a M/C or start one thats good to know. I can expect to get yelled at but I'll be free and thats all that matters to me.
