i used to find them police radar cameras with speed display when i was a kid. had no idea what it was, thought it was for checking the accuracy of your speedometer .. i would ride my dirtbike back and forth past the sign for half the day trying to get the fastest time. i bet the guy that watched the camera had a good time watching me. its funny, once i started doing that, they stopped parking the sign in my neighborhood.
