This thread has some legs, especially for a topic that's been beat like a rented mule.

Could'nt get any easier than that.
Wait a minit, If you ride a Cow, you are a Cowboy, if you ride a Horse, you are a Horseman and if you ride a Fatboy, you are a girl. Is that not right.

It's nice to see that some things never change. Been away from the forum for a few weeks. Had to take a vacation from the BS, and then I find this little jewel of a thread. Well done folks. Well done.

Asked an answered I'm sure, but i will digress, I as a biker am of the perception that a 1%'er is just that A label presented by an overzealous media figure back in the 60's. Describing a fraction of the motorcycling community that just doesn't give a damn about laws, decency or moral character. However the 1% 'er adorns all three factors described, he/she wears the patch as symbol or badge saying just that...........a 1% now leave me an my club, (if affilileated) ALONE!

As for Brits being bikers? after reading your BS about my country I have an answer for you...

Brits can't be bikers they can't figure out a way to fit the lifestyle in to the time spent banging their moms.

Google > 1%ers + AMA

Just walk into any up-scale establishment all leathered out and witness how many stares you get. Dude, I guarantee you'll have everyone's undivided attention - positive, neutral, or negative. Especially if there's more than one of you.
Yeah, a few of those stares will be positive, many will be neutral, but there will be more than several that are negative and you'll definitely feel that heat.
Sure, it isn't as prevalent as it was in the 60's and 70's but it's most definitely still there (and nearly everywhere I've ever gone).
Outta' here.
Wear full leathers into the 19th hole your gonna get looked at funny.
Wear a polo shorts and spikes into a biker bar your gonna get looked at funny.
Ride a horse into church your gonna get looked at funny.
Ive never payed no attention to other people staring. Ive never given much of a **** what other people thought.
