Think it is funny but I always get asked how I'm gonna get home from work if it starts to rain. Just tell them I was going to take a shower anyway, just moved it up a few days ahead of schedule!

I find most of the people asking it are just trying to make a little conversation. Plus they usually are the ones that wish they had a bike to ride too.
Doesn't bug me at all.

To the OP. Did you forget your meds today? I don’t have that problem; nobody is bugging me about riding or not and I work around quit a few folks. Maybe when someone asks you the question they are just making small talk (trying to be friendly), people do that you know. If you don’t like people talking to you then tell them that. I'm sure they can find something else to do with their time than waste it on you, I know I would...

i must agree with the o/p. i get that too and have wondered why. it can be 10 degrees and snowing and inevitably someone will ask with great delight if i rode today. gets old i guess.

Yeah, that would probably bug me if I ever didn't ride..... Ah the joys of Vegas, year round riding and unlimited supply of NAKED DANCING GIRLS.

I get the "did you ride today" question from the same guy all the time, but I know he is only doing it to be a ***** because he only asks me when its obvious that I didn't ride that day(no helmet jacket etc. in my hand). He will ask me, and then when I say "nope" he always lets out this little chuckle.
It's very strange. Almost like he is trying to imply something, but he is a douche bag anyways so whatever. I know he is just jealous because he's never had the ***** to get on a bike. You know the type.
