Got a free year when I bought my bike. Received a renewal notice today. I enjoyed reading the magazine but believe I will be passing for $9 an issue. It wasn't that good.

 

The magazine is all you get for $45? Man you are getting ripped off!! I get all kinds of other discounts with mine that add up to WELL over $45 a year. You might want to call them up and ask why you are only getting the magazine and none of the other discounts....

 

A while back I let my subscription expire (including my national HOG membership) Six months later I decided to renew it again. I sent in the renewal form and the money for a year's membership. I was informed that I also needed to pay for the six months that I was not a member, and did not get the magizine. What!?. I did not renew. So, I can imagine HOG magizine requieing you to pay the postage.

 

If you don't want to pay postage, just renew online.

 

h.o.g. is the biggest money making scam ever. just do the math. 45 dollors times how many members? what do you get in return. nothing.

 

A subscription to Mad is cheaper and makes more sense.

 

Just the discount I get off my AT&T cell phone bill covers the $45/year for HOG membership. So for me the HOG magazine is free, and then all the other benefits are too....

 

Shh. They dont want to hear that. The $45 only covers the magazine for everyone else besides me, you, and a few others apparently.....between the phone and insurance discount I will have hog a long time. The rest is just a bonus.

 

Hog magazine. Toilet paper is cheaper and I would use the rag(mag) for the same thing.
Maybe it's got some interesting articles.
A riders club for people who can all have the privilege of joining because they bought the same brand of bike. HA.
The whole idea makes me laugh. Do people really join,and pay for it. I can understand if it was free but seriously

 

mine was free with the new bike. from what i have seen so far ill spend the 45 on gas and ride
