Default Support Club??

Can someone with real knowledge explain to me what, say an HA support club, actually does? I can see why someone would want to be in a MC but I dont understand why someone would just like to "support" them. It sounds weird to me. Im sure I could google it or something but I want to hear it from real people who know. Thanks

Think of it sort of like a Minor League Farm Team. Sometimes gets called up to help the Majors...and a few select members end up full time pros. Not exactlly but sort of!

Actually sometimes dominate MCs require other clubs to be "Support Clubs". Can mean anything from wearing support patches to actually direct support of the club. Without going into 10 pages of lifestyle explaination...thats the best I can do for now. I'm sure others will jump in.

So if you wanted to have a club in a dominant MCs territory then they would make you wear a support patch?

Ok. I think I got it. Basically an HA support club would be its own entity but would show respect to and live under guidlines set by HA?

Well it depends. Depends on the policy of the Dominate MC in the area and what type of club. An example of who might not be a support club could be a Vets MC (no Support Patch). Another scenario is a club that is in no direct competition with the Dominates could be required to wear an AMA patch to signify no relation to the Dominate MC and also sometime used (AMA Patch) as a put down to the non-support club.
Again this all varies by location. Check with your local COC or if you know a 3 Patch of any club they can educate you according to local protocol.

Thanks for the education. It makes sense now. When I read "support" I was thinking boosters and chear leaders. Well not like that but you know what Im saying. Like a bunch of MC goffers. I couldnt figure out why anyone would want to do that. But its more about showing respect to the dominant MC.

They are insulation and when it get down to the nitty gritty your status is bitch . Who do you think gets to hold all drugs and guns on big public profile runs when the cops are out checking the big boys ?
