Only problem is....finding people here who are willing to WORK...not jsut show up and fk off, but sweat and work. The young generation won't do it....too lazy.

I agree where is the pride in an honest days work. Does not exist anymore and the younger generation like you said won't do it. When things were good it was a never ending headache trying to find someone who wanted to learn a trade, show up every day and Work for their pay.

Funny you mention that Toyota made that rather rude discovery after moving all it's US production plants to poorer southern states trying to cash in on cheap under educated labor . Toyota has very strict and structured procedures in writing for every worker and their job on the production line and they expect very strict adherence to them and that includes the very movements you make to do a job . The cheap labor they got for the most part can't hang in that environment . They have been having big problems getting people who comprehend and follow them so production levels have fallen along with quality from those plants . That's why they where having such huge problems after the Big flush hit them , the Japan plants couldn't cover the US plants slack anymore . Sad really .
