I'm selling a long pair, "mens" now and just sold a shorter pair "female". There was no difference except length and the shorter pair had a larger waist. Different brands could have been the reason.
Why are we selling them? Because of looks and we have other alternatives to leg warmth that are just as effective and less of a hassle. Then again, being in California, and not much sub-50 degree weather, I am only speaking for us.

I don't understand why people care so much about what others think. Chaps are a great way to keep your legs from freezing off when you are riding in the cold.
I thought the, "what will people think if I wear this", crap ended when you graduate high school.....

A little off topic but it cracked me up the other day at a bike night here in FL it was about 65 degrees and I saw a couple guys wearing chaps. I'm assuming because they thought it was cold. That being said the wife and I used to wear chaps in the winter when we lived in Ohio. I lost quite a bit of weight (down to 175 from 315) and my chaps were way big on me so I wore hers once. Fit the same as any other chaps although hers were a little short. They all look the same to me unless specifically made for a woman with pink etc.
