Just wear what you want and what you're comfortable wearing.

You know, I never saw or heard of anyone back in the day that criticized chaps. Only since the era of RUB's and Wallet Bikers has this come to light. I have had a pair on my bike since the early 80's. Not the same pair mind you, had to get a new pair bout 10-15 years ago due to expansion. They will do you no good hanging in the garage or on your bed they need to be on your bike. Now I know some of y'all worry that they will take away from the looks of your bike strapped on it??? But been many times we have started out the day riding and the weather changes and been glad to have them. So if you're worried how pretty your bike looks then fine. If you're worried that someone may be checking out your butt then sorry bout your luck, maybe that biker bar your hangin at is really a gay bar. But don't make fun of the guy riding home in relative comfort who doesn't have all these phobias. Oh, and no you ain't suppose to wear them when driving your Prius.......
