Looks like all the wallet bikers are off the roads now!

it WAS in the mid 80s today and it's supposed to get warmer. California sucks and it was a 200 mile day. The vineyards are really changing colours now. Unfortunately there were enough leaves and pine needles in the road to really get any board-scraping. It was really clear out. Spectacular November day.

At 65 I know the feeling.
34 this morning and rainning, I left the bike home.
I've paid my dues so I ride when I want.
Al
obtw, I didn't see any wallet bikers out...come to think of it, were no hard cores either..

It's noon and it's 80 degrees out already.
I guess we'll just have to ride our way through it. Bummer.

My wallet was under enuff clothes that I could hardly dig it out to buy lunch. Quilted bib snowmobile overalls, Gerbing heated jacket liner and gloves, and long winter coat that covers my lower back. Not sure if I'm a wallet biker but if I am, I,m an exception. Didn't see another bike. 37 degrees when I set out this morning.

Hey Tank, you gonna have to do better than that this week ... cold stuff has moved in. Barely hit 50 today. Was 34 on my way this morning. New Gerbings jacket liner with their gloves plugged in. I'm going all the way through ... f#$k winter!
